| Blessed Occasions Events offers event planning services for several different types of events. These are a few of the events that we provide services for: • Engagement Parties • Birthday Parties • Retirement Parties • Baby Showers • Graduation Parties • Anniversary Parties • Holiday Parties • Commitment Ceremonies |
| Each event is customized for our clients. We start with a consultation to discuss your desires, and budget; • Then we move step by step to carry out your dream and make it a reality; • We assist with selecting a facility and/or caterer for your event, contact and negotiate with vendors for the best package; • Design and prepare invitations or assist with selection of invitations; • Design and prepare programs or assist with preparation of program format; • Assist with referrals for vendors (photographers, transportation, caterers, bakers, disc jockey services, florists, entertainment, etc.); • Serve as a liaison between vendors; • Assist with preparing a database to manage guest list; • Prepare and coordinate the entire event; • Assist with selection of favors, menu, etc.; • Assist with selection of accommodations for out of town guests; • Serve as hostess and mistress of ceremonies (if needed); • Consultations as needed; • Other event specific details (as dictated by the client or the event); and • Ensure that your special event is truly a Blessed Occasion!
