  Wedding Services

Initial Meet & Greet

The initial interview is a chance for you to meet me and then we can decide how I can best meet your wedding needs.  At this initial meeting you will have the opportunity to tell me all your wedding dreams.   I will then explain to you my service plans and advise you on which I feel is best for your needs.  You are under no obligation to hire me as your director during this consultation.   There is no fee for this service.

After the Initial Meet and Greet you will chose one of the three Wedding Packages listed below.  Do not think that you are limited to the confines of the packages they will be tailored to meet each individual brides needs. 

Day of Wedding Services

Day of Wedding Services include day of event coordination as well as wedding rehearsal coordination.  This service requires an initial consultation with the couple as well as continuous contact to make ensure all information involving the wedding is up-to-date.  This service is perfect for the couple who has already completed their planning, but simply needs an overseer for their ceremony and reception.

Self Planning Preparation

The self planning preparation service assists the couple in obtaining the tools they need in order to plan their own wedding successfully.  An extensive consultation will be performed in order to assess the needs of the couple.  Shortly thereafter the couple will be advised of how they can turn their wedding dreams into a reality.  This service is the perfect option for couples who wish to plan their own wedding, but are unsure where to begin.

Full Service Planning

The Full Service Planning option is the ultimate in wedding coordination services.  It allows you the complete piece of mind that comes with knowing every detail is being handled professionally and efficiently.  I will assist you with contracting and vendor coordination, budget control, calendar management, as well as wedding design.  I will also keep you abreast of all aspects of your wedding through monthly meetings.  Also included in this package is wedding weekend orchestration.  Blessed Occasions Event Planning will ensure that there will be no details left undone.
